He is the president of the convention of the Assemblies of God in Brazil's capital: Brazilia. Pastor Cabral is a writer highly recognized worldwide, with many publication that marked the history of the Church of the Lord in Brazil and in the world. Some of his publications: "A Síndrome do Canto do Galo" (the syndrome of the rooster's crow), "Abraão" (Abraham), "Comentario Bíblico Efésios e Romanos" (Bible Study, Ephesians and Romans), "Pregador Eficaz" (the effective preacher), "Parábolas de Jesus" (Jesus' parables) and others. Pastor Cabral is an international preacher and has represented Brazil for many years in many nations. As a leader of leaders, he is loaded by an updated message from God that will touch profoundly the heart of all attendants of Keepers of the Glory 2008.
